Create an account, confirm your email, and complete your profile. Profiles with several photos and a filled-in bio get noticeably better matches — the recommendation rules use exactly that information.

You match when two people like each other. Only then does a conversation open, which is what keeps inboxes free of unwanted messages.

If you run out of profiles, widen your distance or age range in discovery settings.

Verification asks you to take a selfie in a pose we choose, which a member of our team compares with your profile photos. Passing awards the blue check. The selfie is deleted once a decision has been made.

Manage or cancel a subscription from the Premium section of your account; cancelling keeps your features until the end of the period you paid for. Credits, gifts and boosts are explained in our Terms of Service, and refunds in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Open a support ticket from Settings once you are signed in. Safety reports are handled ahead of everything else.
